No Contract while working

I am under husband sponsorship, had work for 5 mos without a contract. Many times I asked my employer about my contract, but he just say he's preparing it, until the time he released me or terminate me due to the reason as he said the company has no capacity to pay my salary anymore.the problem is, he did not pay for my last month salary, when i follow it up from him, he would just say he'll call me if he will have money.I've learned that most of his workers are freelancer or has working visa not under his sponsorship, and he is intentionally not giving contract to them. then suddenly, he'll terminate one after the other with no reason, not giving their last 1 or 2 mos salary. Can I go to the police or CID or Baladiya to report this matter. Does this make sense? Kindly advise where to run for help.

so, what u mean, just becoz I wasn't able to forced my bluffing Company,to give the Contract, I just set back and relax, just like nothing happened? I know, I had my misgivings out of trusting, but I realized, its really hard here to trust people nowadays. And as far I read as stated below from the Qatar Labour law, it is the responsibility of the employer to do the first action, therefore, he/she must have the bigger liabilities, why on earth his/her employee was not able to register.

Registering as a Working Women

You should not need to do this if you have been recruited from outside the country. However, if you are already in the country when you are offered a job you are supposed to register as a working women at the Labour department.

You do this after your employer has sent a letter to the Ministry of Civil Service and Housing Affairs, requesting permission to employ you. Once the ministry has agreed, you need to go to the labour department with a copy of your employment contract, a letter from the family sponsor giving permission to work, original academic and professional qualifications + photocopies, two photographs, original passports and ID + photocopies of you and your family sponsor.

Thank you.

aiwa, firstly you were working without a Contract, Which means you did something illegal even though you were under your Husband Sponsorship.

2) If the company is Blacklisted Means, you won't get a Single Penny!!!

You should have Realized it When your Boss was Bluffing & was not giving you the Contract, If someone does not get a Contract Copy for Maximum a Month, You Should Report to Labor Dept, CID won't do anything, Until Labor Dept Finish it's Proceedings.....
