Hi QL friends!

How long it would take for MOI to response on my application for my family residence visa? I had submitted my application 3 working days ago. I complied with all their requirements except for stamped tenancy contract. They accepted my application without even bothering to ask about the stamp on my tenancy contract. They are more specific on my salary. I'm just wondering when i checked the result online it shows "APPLICATION POSTPONED", what does it mean? Does anybody here experienced the same?
