Salary package for a software engineer
Hi,
I'm a software engineer with 2 years of experience in C#.NET,SQL currently working in India.
I have been offered a job in Qatar with Housing, trans portion and food allowances.
1 month paid leave for a year.
How much base salary can i expect leaving aside the allowances that the company will provide as mentioned above?
Any comments shall be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot guyz for your inputs....I dont know much about the company but its an indian company...So can i except 10k excluding the allowances that i have mentioned...i.e Housing, trans portion and food allowances.

I know a Software engi. with 7 or more years exp. his basic salary is 6500 and total monthly payis 10500 ( includes allowance)
Better not to come less then 10K. Anything less then 10k will not work in qatar.
Definitely 10 to 12+, again it depends on the company you get.
