Sponsorship transfer.

Hi all,

I would like to check with you guys if any body have any information or similar experiance with my case.
Im Palestanian Nat holding Palestanian passport not the egyption document born and spend my entier life in Qatar.I already have local sponsorship transfer from my family to my new sponsor to work under him that was 12 years back.Now I found better job with better package so i already resigned with notice period but the sponsor refuse and reply that if i insist to leave his company he will cancel my R/P and to leave Qatar to go back to my home country so the new sponsor will bring me under new Visa which is not possible since no new visas for Palestanian.
I already refused his reply saying that he is not the one who brought me here to Qatar im local and my R/P transfer was from my family to him not from overseas or even applied for visa to bring me from outside.I already checked with Labour Dep and the Humman Rights but no one advised me any,Simply saying if the sponsor not harming you and giving you your rights he have the right to Cancel you so finish it up with him with decent way,But he dont want to do it.

Any advices or similer experiance for my case i will be grateful.
