hi frnds,
My baby is 5 months old just joined me in qatar 3 days ago with a residence visa. Does he require a medical exam and finger printing to get his visa stamped? Anybody know the exact procedure to be followed? guys plz help! thanx
no need medical exam and no need finger print, I remember when brought my 3kids I just paid some amount at Medical commission and at CID finger print not require for less than 12yrs old child, if I remember. While for Health Card(HC), you need to have the previous medical card/record of your baby from your country and have it converted to green card at Messaimer Health Center to be valid in Qatar for applying HC for your baby.
When I did for my daugther, you need to do blood grouping plus the doctor will make a quick look of the gender of the baby. They just want to make sure...
No You don't require anything, actually medical finger print is only for kids, even kids upto 12 years don't require any such formalities, only blood test is required for blood grouping!
