Hi ,

I am on business visa and my sponsor says it takes atleast 3-4 weeks to process my residence visa . what i want to know is do i need to exit the country once my residence visa is issued ? please explain

It shouldn't take 3-4 weeks, mine took 4 days only. You can leave the country only if your current visa is a tourist visa
