Health Card Renew Transaction unsuccessful

Could anyone help me to fix this error:
We regret to inform you that your transaction has failed. Please refer below for details. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
Details: No response was received from Backend.
I've gotten this error from Hukoomi website when I click next button after entering QID number to request renew my health card.

I've tried several times today but still unsuccessful. Anyway, thanks for the answer.
Seems to be a communication error or a time out. Happened with me once. Wait for sometime and try again.
