SMALL ADVICE FOR KARWA

By yasir abdullah

IT HAS BEEN SOME TIME SINCE KARWA CARS & BUSSES STARTED THEIR SERVICES. BUT IT IS SAD TO SAY ABOUT ITS SERVICES.IT HAS TO DO MORE...
1.KARWA BUS SHOULD TAKE EXAMPLE OF LUNDON, MUMBAI(BEST SERVICE)COVER THE WHOLE CITY...

2.SPECIALLY CONNECT RAYYAN, INDUSTRIAL AREA, WAKRA ETC...
( NO NEED TO COME TO AL-FARDAN & TAKE ANOTHER BUS)

3.MAKE BUS STOPS AROUND EACH INTERSECTION & IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FOR SMALL DISTANCES

4.MAKE LTD BUSES FOR LONGER DISTANCES WITH LESS STOPS..

5.REDUCE TICKET FROM 10QR TO 5QR FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT PASS (THIS WILL REDUCE CORRUPTION)

6. INCREASE BUS FREQUENCY & NIGHT TIMININGS

7. START NEW SERVICES AROUND, SHOPPING MALLS, EDUCATION CENTERS,AIRPORTS ETC.IF POSSIBLE TO SAUDIA...

THANKS...

Typhoon: Do you think it's worth discussing an already corrupted origination such as Karwa or are we just beating a dead horse?

on the 25th of December and the 1st of January after the midnight events at the religious places at Abu Hamour there was not a single Karwa bus or taxi in sight for the commuters and the commuters had to depend on the goodwill of other vehicle owners to take them to their destination. Cant this guys at Karwa and Mowasalat be a little pro active and cater to such events so that commuters dont have to go looking for private taxis and transport when they go go to attend such one off events

A total of 3.000 Taxi cars serving a population of over 2 million! LOOL is there something I’m not getting here? Or is this another 3-world joke?

Yeah to many managers and lesser number of vehicles to manage so this managers must be having lots of time on their hands to make a bigger mess of the already bad situation

It was started November 2004 in preparation for the 2006 Asian Games. All of the managers then WERE Westerners and the Directors then WERE English.(PAST TENSE)

Like other companies, KARWA (officially known as MOWASALAT), have its own growing pains. Too bad its taking then this long to correct/make amends to the errors.

Anyways...you could always send them suggestions "directly" to their website...surely it goes to the correct person and may consider your suggestions to their general plan.

eats up 90 % of the total budget? Lol! And the company is still in disarray! They have high-standard and maybe the "Asians" employee could not adapt!Lol!

Exactly, They should have more limited or direct buses to places like the industrial area, Wakrah, etc at peak times so people travelling on this routes can have a faster and direct connection instead of having to make do with the bus stopping at all stations
