Cinema at Villagio ?

Come on.... Tried to see what is on on but their website is down (actually it reads for sale). then I went there, the IMAX counter was closed. Then I bought ticket. I walked in the theatre, the stairs and most seats are covered with popcorns, more popcorn as qataris walk in with 1 liter buckets full with .... more popcorn, talking real busy on the mobile, taking pictures during the movie (haha). After the movie, I went to the toilet. Have you been at there? You can enjoy the filthy gassy smell from 50 meters, the doors are dirty, you need a snorkel to go in to survive, at the sinks you can experience the following : people are washing their faces, feet and hair, cleaning/pulking their noses, you want more ?

Kamran....looks like you were disturbing everybody in the cinema hall, because you went and asked each and every viewer if they were a mallu to come up with your statistics.

Please avoid bringing individual communities into such discussion.

LOL, Kamran careful with stereotyping people. How do you know that all were Mallus ? Frankly, Mallus that visit Gulf Cinema usually stick to their typical Malayalam fare.

And if you went on a Friday, u deserve it.

Being a mallu myself, i am offended by u considering everyone there a mallu. While we do constitute close to 50% of the expat community, the ones that understand Hindi well enough to pay for a Hindi movie are minimal. So the likelihood is that there was an equal mix of all the working class across india, bangladesh, nepal and sri lanka.

Friday being their only weekly leave, they deserve every bit of the fun they have and if you cant take it switch cinemas.

U need better service, pay for it
