Has anybody heard abt. Sanadat Real Estate ? Pl. share, advise !

Sanadat Real Estate co. is advertising on one of the new building in mansoura that they are to be contacted for a rental agreement in that good building. However there is no Sanadat Real Estate co. listed in Qatar yellow pages. Don't know if they are trustworthy since after the the agreement don't wish to be short-changed. Pl.s advise.
