Legal matters on ending my unfinished contract

I've been here in Doha for almost 7months now. My contract to my employer is 2 years. Now, i decided to not continue working after a year. I don't like on how they are managing us. And one thing is, from 8 hrs woking per day, it is extended up to 1 1/2 hr more without any overtime pay. Plus too many issues. I am really unhappy with my company now. My question is, can you please help me or give me any idea on approximately how much do i have to pay with the company? As per the contract, we will have to pay the recruitment charges if we will resign before 2 years. Is these recruitment charges includes the uniform, transpo and accommodation? Or only the visas, qatar id, etc.? Can you please help me find the correct accommodating department of the government to ask questions about this? I just don't want them to overcharge me. I just wanna go home. :(

In addition to the items listed here, recruitment charges also includes the fee your employer paid to the recruitment agency

Recruitment Charges usually mean mobilisation charges, which will your airfare, visa cost and anything with hiring you and bringing you here!

Unfortunately, since they are not specified by your contract, recruitment charges may include anything your employer decides. Usually they don't mean accommodation and transportation while in Doha, but they certainly include your airfare, visa, paperwork, etc. Employers don't like losing employees after a few months,it costs them money.
