Qatar ranked ahead of the GCC ,Arab countries and the US,according to this report, having said that we didn't see any data,graphs or numbers from the ministry of finance to support this report, or any other report that has been published about transparency in Qatar
Don't ask don't tell. Is qatar's way of running this nation.
I believe many still "suspect" that corruption preception index.
It's funny how we never saw figures or numbers published in the local papers, or like UkEngQatar said the crazy growing number os "Wasta" aka: connections.

I thought this was amusing especially as Greece should be way down towards the bottom of the league table
I am suspicious to say the least, as this study relied heavily on local reporting, local documents, and access to open records. Just because no one is being arrested for corruptions does not mean there is little corruption. The porous relationship between government officials and businesses in Qatar alone would be considered illegal in many countries.
