I currently signed a contract for a year rent

3 bedroom + 1 bathroom
Semi furnished with washer , dryer , microwave , oven , dish washer

I have my own backyard in the back , pretty huge
and my own garage operated with a remote control

and it has central AC, its a villa compound , I got the first floor for 7500 ?

The area is in dafna , close to west bay , beside the lebanese embassy , and close to the british embassy , by the rainbow roundabout

The villa has 2 apartments upstairs as well , but the bottom floor is just for me and my family
