Is it posibble to work again in Qatar after one year since i left the country?

I work last 2009 in Qatar for 1 year. After I leave for my annual vacation last August 2010 i was not able to come back due to better offer here in KSA. Now my company is not stable and started to terminate employees so i started searching for a new job. I got an opportunity again in Qatar but my problem is the company is asking for an NOC of my previous employer or copy of cancellation of my visa. I tried to ask my previous company to issue NOC but they are not replying to any of my request. Also I dont know how to check if my visa was already cancelled.
In my case, is there any chance of working again in Qatar? If so How? Please advice.

You have to count 2 years from the date of expiry of your RP. or from the date when your ex company approches to immigration Deptt. for the cancellation of your RP.
You will suffer....bcoz at the time of leaving Qatar...you didn,t clear your affairs with your company.........
check with your previous company if they can give you an NOC (which im sure they wont).
A 2 year ban applies from the date the company has put a ban on you. you might have exited in August but the company might have put a ban on you in october or even december.
