Some Advice Please
Hi!!!
Can any one can give me an advice?
1.) my prob is my employer/sponsor wont give me an NOC he always promising me to give NOC and work.
2.) i have a working Visa and im already 5 months here and nothings happen. i cant start working to some company that wants to hire me just because of the NOC.
3.) my employer is an indian nationalist when im asking for an NOC sometimes he is shouting and gettin mad.
4.) my employer/sponsor is always want to talk to the manager of the company that wants to hire me.the thing is the company that wants to hire me need only a NOC but my employer/sponsor wants only verbal, He always promising me for nothing can any one give some advice/help.?
philippine embassy here for us is S*** a lot of filipino are already complaning and some of them are pinay and already sicked some are dying need medication but nothing happen they comaplaining about for some attitude of the employee there.
and i already ask my employer if how much is my visa but he always saying NO and telling me that he will make me rich here and he will land a business here "sigh" so liar

You don't need a friend, just go to labor departement in industrial area it is in Al Atiya Road something around street 16 or near to that, beleive me if you want to leave they will arange it in 48 hours, they will take your passport & force him to cancel you so you will be free to go but you will have to pay for your ticket otherwise you should finish your contract duration.
It seems that a lot of European or American guys were advising you above but you seem to be from Philipine so the 6 months story will not work for you, you will be banned for 2 years, it's your choice !!!
try to be straight to the point, ask him if he need some money to cover your recruting & visa cost to give you NOC & tell him that if he don't finalize it in few days, you will go to labor departement!!!

and i already txt him that if he does not give me my papers i will complaint to the authority but he talk to my mom and he give a promise for a thousand promise again thats sucks please help me if some one who have friends in labour or known a cid that can help me from my problem thank you to all of you who replying from my post
other bad things is... i already ask for the NOC and the visa if how much he told me that no no no always no . i already told him that i will pay for that, but he always say to me no and he always told me that he will find a way to give me a work for nothing.. my visa is free, tha'ts the bud luck came to me darnnnnnnn and i already takin my passport from him and i told him that i want to go home but he dont like to give it to me.?
either leave 6 months. Or, threaten him without letting him have a proof that you did.
Tell him, If I don't have my NOC in 48 hours, you will be food for the fish at sea line you degenerate piece of filth...
contact your embassy as he is not to have you passport this is against laws globally then tell him you will go to the labor court and file a complaint against him, trust me he will not want the headache of investigations and will agree to your release, be stern but reasonable withh him push the ball into his side, good luck and remember you have a voice so use it my friend
AMfox22, ooohh bad luck, ur in bad sponsor...
maybe he needs money for the NOC, try to find it out.
or tell him you will pay his expenses for your visa and give you NOC, ask his price.
otherwise, be a freelancer. Find work who dont require labor card, earn salary while u have existing working visa.
but risky, maybe he will put u in problem if he will come to know you are receiving good salary while he can't get money from you.
Try to talk to him what he wants....
thanks for the advice guys... the prob is he not want me to cancel me and he dont like to give my passport back and the worst is if he dont give me an NOC i will be ban here for 2 years and i talk to my friend mandoob its 2 years before i can transfer my sponsorship the worst ever... any one have friend from labor? that can help me ??? thanks and GOD bless.
he thinks he owns you go to a a F**** police and tell them he's not allowed to do that
if you cancal your visa and come back in qatar after 6 month.but cancel visa dont expire them when you in your country.you should cancel from here and ask your boss you dont want your visa more cancel me than you can come back on other visa after 6 months.take care..be sure from other people aslo.
what is the worst he can do have you deported,, and you back anagin in 6 months with a good boss, dont take his crap and bad managment styles,,, give it to him,,,
