Job prospects for SAP BI in Doha for a woman

I am an Indian woman working in India as a SAP Business Intelligence (BI) consultant in Accenture.About 5+ years of experience. I forsee a move to Qatar, owing to my husband's new job. I would like to find out about my job prospects in Qatar, Doha.

Do you think it is very much required to have a certification and a computer science degree. Since I have a chemical engineering BE degree however, if its a mandate to have SAP certification then I can acquire that before I leave to Doha.
I also hear that the only companies that has SAP related work are few oil and gas companies. Is that the only opportunity or there are more places where i could apply.
What is the best way to carry out this job hunt in doha sitting in India.And the normal wait period before I get a job in my area.
