Needs your advice please
My friend needs your advice, pls..
He’s working here in Qatar for more than two years, but previously he worked in Dubai. Last 2007, he loan at the amount of 2500 Dhs in Dubai, however he went back to his country and failed to come back in Dubai, and did not pay his debt as well.
4 years later, her mother received a letter from a law firm asking for settlement of his loan but were all shocked when the letter claims that his loan before of 25k becomes more than 53thousand now. And the lawyer asked to pay it or else they will proceed giving this on judicial process.
My question is what should I advice to my friend, as he is now bothering on this situation.

ASK YOUR FRIEND TO SOLVE THIS LOAN PROBLEM HAS SOON HAS POSSIBLE BECOUSE BANK BEFORE GIVING LOAN THE GIVE YOU LOAN AGREEMENT HOW YOU PAY HOW MUCH YOU PAY.SO THATS WHY BANK IS RIGHT TO DO ANY THING BECOUSE IN THE PAPER WRITTEN IF CASTUMAR NOT PAY THE LAON MUST BANK TAKE NECOSSARY ACTION AGAINST THE CASTUMER.ASK YOUR FREIND DONT WORRY CONTACT THE BANK IN DUBAI AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM OTHER VISE HE CAN NOT ENTER IN GCC AGAIN IS WHOLE LIFE IF THAY MAKE CAUSE AGIANST HIM AND RES STAMP.TAKE CARE
Your friend must settle the dues after discussing with the bank, however when he got the job in Qatar, it was his duty / obligation to contact bank for clearance of dues,
Ask your friend to speak to the bank. they can settle the case without much hassles.
the amount might include the interest, penalties and other charges. it might affect the immigration as well as legal status of your friend because of Dubai being a member of GCC. i might be wrong but in any case he should not have run from his obligations.
