Middleeast Travelling by Car, Personal Loan

I am thinking of buying Toyoto Corolla Sedan worth around 45 to 50 K as it is in my budget, and will be travelling to Saudi Arabia and UAE on it probably 3 to times in a year. I need to know wheher it will safe to drive in Sedan or you have to have a 4WD.

Secondly I will be buying this car by taking personal loan so that i can travel easily out of Qatar on Exit permit from company and will come back anyway. Will there be a problem if i have personal loan and i havent paid that personal loan in full and want to travel to UAE or Saudi Arabia.
