Teaching - Tuition Fees Paid

My wife and I along with our two children aged 13 and 16 are planning to start work in either Dubai or Qatar in September 2012. We will both be in our sixth year of teaching with a variety of skills such as SEN, ICT, Mathematic Curriculum Leader, ECO Co-ordinator, Virtual Learning Environment Co-ordinator.
We are starting to look for schools that offer the following package.
around $13K per month each
furnished accom. for the family (maybe incl. utilities)
medical for the family
annual flights home for the family
gratuity
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY
Tuition Fees Paid for both children
Does anyone know of an English School that offers this sort of package or thereabouts!?

I meant 13K QR not US dollars sorry. anoif1 does that mean your school offers the right sort of package?
I work at a very good International school and the salary is more than double what I get so if you find this school I want to know about it!! we do get all of the other stuff tuition for up to 4 kids and a very nice furnished villa but don't know of anyone in the gulf outside of saudi arabia earning this amount.
