Looking for a Hero

Please help. I am desperate to get in touch with an American guy who saved the life one of my friends after a jet ski accident. The incident happened on Friday Oct 21st afternoon near one of the small islands near to Doha. He is approx 30 y.o.a. and was with a younger male. They both had red jet skis. Without his quick response one (and possibly three) of my friends would not have survived. I am sure somebody will know this man. You don't perform CPR on somebody and not tell anyone. If you know him please ask him to contact me through QL.
Any information regarding his identity would be very much appreciated.
If he chooses not to contact me I want him to know that the young lady he saved is doing well.
