My wife is working here in Qatar but unfortunately her company there not giving a NOC do you think we have a rights to ask a release/NOC to her current company to transfer her visa under my sponsorship? Pls give us an idea in order to proceed the necessary action to be done.

IF HER COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE NOC FOR HER, THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THAT BECAUSE SHE IS UNDER COMPANY SPONSORSHIP. THE ONLY THING SHE CAN DO IS TO RESIGN AND GO BACK TO HER HOME COUNTRY THEN YOU CAN APPLY HER A FAMILY VISIT VISA EVEN WITHOUT NOC UNDER HUSBAND SPONSORSHIP....
