Me and my computer..........
hi i work at office for 8HRs and at home i am use my laptop for around 4HRs to 5HRs .
total per day i look at monitor for 13 HRs!!!!!!!!!
i think its not good for human being to look at computer 13 hrs per day wht u say??? wht about you how many hrs u use u r computer or laptop per day???.
is we r becoming more attached to computer rather than playing walking or doing some thing else.

Its not good for your eyes and health. If cannot be avoided then take a break as often as you can.
true indeed but im tired of this and will change routine soon i cant take it anymore..............
