I.e is my first RP will cancel automatically if I not enter in 6 month? 2 years ban is from the date of exit or from the date of RP cancel?

So they have two sets of rules for western and other passports. If only they were aware of changing and current realities like the news in the newspapers some days back about the western countries wanting the others to bail them out and help them with their ecconomic woes.

If you had a western passport you could re-enter with a tourist visa on arrival and NOC.

you can enter via visit or business visa but you cant get a working visa with other sponsor unless you secure an NOC from previous sponsor.

If you are out of the country it is much harder to get your RP cancelled.  To re-enter with an Indian on a tourist, business or work visa within 2 years will require an NOC.  Is there any chance you can get an NOC?  If not, then forget about coming back!

First thing is You can't avail a new visa unless your first RP cancelled. You can come Qatar within 6 months from the date of exit by using your present sponsor. Resign with one month notice then get NOC and change your sposor without exiting country.Everything is Possible but Men make them impossible.

You can come as a visitor. If you want to work, you have to get NOC. Otherwise, see you in two years!
