Hello guys, I'm rhandz a Filipino citizen. I just heard from friend's of mine that there's a new Law from the State of Qatar for the business sector that all those other nationalities visiting here in Qatar using Tourist visa is no longer allowed to apply here directly. As per my information source, when you apply here directly/locally the company is requiring business visa or working visa from the applicants. I just wanna know if this information I've got from my friend is truth and confirmed. Can u give me some reliable feedback guys about this information because right now I have plan to bring my sister here using tourist visa and planning to seek a job for her as soon as she already here.

Thanks and Godbless..

Thanks for the idea but what if I'm going to use visit visa? Do you think this is better rather than using anything? Do you think the company will accpet her application? B'coz having business visa as well as working visa is highly cost than visit visa.

She can come on a tourist visa but they might only give her 15 days at the airport if they want, and if u find her a job the company will help u to transfer the visa but it is difficult and it depends on how strong is the company

In that case to play safe apply for business visa, a lil bit difference in cost and she will get enough time to find  job when she gets here.

For others benefit, fyi this is the only way we could get away from those vampires in Phil immigration.
