Good morning!
I would like to inquire about ASC, basically everythingas I've never been there, don't know anything about it. I would like to go for aerobic classes or even swimming sometimes.
How are the instructors there? As per their website, they have step classes, tae bo and many more. Do they have zumba or kango as well? Are the classes enjoyable? Professional instructors, good mosic etc?
How much it costs for a month?
And I'm a bit shamed to ask it, but where is the entrance...I know it's somewhere around Villaggio, but no idea where to go from there.

It's a great gym although sometimes too busy. I think they may not be taking any new members now but go check it out. If not we have just opened a studio which is also opposite Villagio. Pay per class so no membership fees. Email me if u would like more details.

I just joined the Gym :) and its really good. they have a schedule of different classes.
and registration hours are ..sunday to thrusday.. 5-8 pm.. and in the morning 8-10am

I've been there... Of course professional instructors with good humor and good music... 200 monthly..Swimming additional 150 riyals... for more info better go to there, there's always receptionist available there..
