The shop in my complex is charging QR 18 for a Gas Cylinder against the Marked Price of QR 15 by the government / WOQOD. Where can i complain about the high price being charged by them?
ok go to the shurta so that they can laugh their heads off!.....give me a break man. Why in the whole wide world do you need to complain about the poor guy?? Why cant you just buy it from Woqod or wherever else you can get it from? Dont they charge 20 riyals for a tea at the coffeeshops in the malls? Why dont you complain about them because people at the juice stalls give you better tea (karak) for ONE RIYAL?? You need to chill a bit - thats my really good advice for you.
Save your dollar a month and buy elsewhere I would try and make a Friday morning guess:They charge more because they are not government? They run the shop private and need to make a profit and you have the convenience of having it right at your villa? I guess they purchase at 15 or slightly cheaper from government and they have to spend time to bring it there, they have to store and keep it (what they need to pay rent for) and someone is selling it to you (he has a salary)So I guess 18 is very reasonable and you should be lucky. Other services outside might put 100-500% or more on top of their purchase price before re-selling it to consumer.
