Cost of accomodation and others

I am an Indian planning to move to Doha in Mid december.my kids are in school and I plan to bring them to Doha in April.
I would like to rent an apartment near the Indian schools say DPS.
Kindly guide me regarding availability of accomodation, cost of it and other related expenses.

If you wish to stay in Doha city and working in QP then 2 BHK -QAR 6000 furnished apartment , 3 BHK QAR 8000 , Villa QAR 12,000 per month .

Furnished apartments offered by them , 2 BHK QAR 5300 , 3 BHK QAR 6400 , Villa QAR 9400 includes electricity and water expenses unlimited usage. You only need to walk in with your clothes here . Maintenance by them . If you want studio apartment , QAR 3250 per month furnished . Finally after 6 months free , your rent will be Above figure divided by 18 = Amount in QAR X value
Also you get gym , swimming pool , compounded complex with supermarket , laundry , mosque , basketball court , TT , Pool in the compound -free usage.
Finally depends what your budget is and how big your family is & where your office location is .

Well driving distance wont be a problem. But Hilal area, for one bedroom with siting area, kitchen and bathroom will cost you around Qr 2500 and without siting area you will have to pay Qr 1600. if you are looking for two big bedrooms, two bathroom, sitting area, dinning area and kitchen, it will cost you Qr 3800. When you arrive here in December definitely your company may provide some temporary accomodation,your taste may be different,your budget limitations,your neighbour atmosphere.So, it is beter you see in person and decide what you want based on your budget.

Try calling the real estate agency http://capitalonetrading.com/ they will find accomodation exactly opposite to DPS.
