how about if i will apply for a temporary lisence and once my RP comes i will change it to 5 yr qatar lisence. what is the process of changing it? since that i have UAE drivers license, does it require test or theory?
Once you have the RP, you have transfer the UAE driver license to Qatar driver license immediatly, it will takes you 5 minutes to transfer. no driving test or theory class required. you cannot use temporary license in this case.
