anyone knows about the parking rate in city center? last night, for 2 hours i was charge for Qr. 13. even i have my stamp from the information for the discount/free.
Definitely, it will affect their business. Instead of City center I have to divert to villagio mall or land mark. Last night I notice, its 930 evening but still a lot of vacant parking space. It is a sign of loosing.
abynel, As per the parking fee structure 18 Riyals is correct (2+3+3+10). If you stay 1 minute or 1 hour over 3 hours you will have to pay 10 riyals additional.

In carefoure they have small billboard. Saying i'm not pretty sure but it says for Qr. 200 u will have free parking, all you have to do is to stamp from the information. Which is same thing i did. but they charge me for Qr. 13. It bad really bad!

There might be some mistake. The normal parking fee for two hours is Qr. 5 (2+3) but unfortunately you cannot claim it as they are not providing any receipts which is another problem with this parking fee.

they should change it so that parking is free with a purchase of let's say.. 100 QR or more.. -____-;i got charged 38QR!!!

You should have asked this question to the guy in the parking payment counter.
Asking here will not help you get a refund.
