Good day sir/madam

I have some question about the medical? What if my wife has undergo before some treatment in my country? If you will go for x-ray they can see scar in her lung but its already healed and ok. because i want my wife here to go by visit visa and i want her to stay upto 6months so i need to take her for medical here. did that affect my application?what do i need  or documents to prove that my wife is ok now. please help me on this since i really want my wife to come here. thanks

..I think you can sign on a medical waiver with the clinic or hospital that conducted the medical test  or x-ray on your wife once the result is out. The waiver should mention that she will be on visit visa and not employment purposes..

Goodluck!

Michael, I advise you to be very cautious in sending medical info to anyone on board!

even if he is a adoctor here, he has nothing to do with your wife's medical x-ray there back home. He will not influence anyone there or here. Armitsen, he is a Filipino, not Indian, ok?

If you r working in big company, and if you have good contacts ... then u can try and c... but do also get some certificate form India. when she comes - u tkae her for the test... sometime if u r lucky ... they may pass your test... if they catch you , then show the medical report and also get wasta and clear it... or every one month ... she can exit to near by country and can come back on the next flight on the same day ... may be bahrain or dubai and the tkt fare is also very cheap...

from an accredited clinic back home and if she have a medical certificate from a doctor back home, bring it with her, these document MIGHT help to convince the mediacl commission to let her stay longer. As I said above, no harm in trying, you just need LUCK!Bring the certificates with her that her diseased was already healed! Coupled it with lots of HONEST talking with the authorities, for sure you'll both be happy here!

the clinic who will do the examination of your wife to give her a clearance.  They are very strict about lung x-ray eventhough it's healed, if they found scar, they still reject. If ever she would be given clearance back home, her x-ray here would again show the same result and then you need to convince again the authorities here that she's already healed. So, in one word, my friend, LUCK.  I know some who had that LUCK, but I also know many who are unlucky!
