Process to bring family to Qatar

My husband might soon be joining a firm in Qatar. If the company gives him family visa, is it possible for all of us to come to qatar in the beginning itself? or the family can come only after my husband has stayed in qatar for sometime? Our 2 kids are studying, so we have to plan accordingly so as not to affect their schooling. Please reply what is the procedure.

you could do the same with sunrise200...if you really want to go with your husband in qatar, better yet ask your husband's company to provide visa for you also & ur family.

Thanks a lot for a quick reply. But sorry to disturb u people again, i think i have to make my question clear. at present, we r in India, all of us have got passports. Yes, my husband's salary will be more than enough to get a family visa. What I want to know is if he gets the job with family status, is it possible for me to join him the first time itself he goes to qatar? To show the salary, will the appointment /offer letter be enough?

No you have to wait until your husband comes. And everything will follow according to your plans if your husband is entitled for a family visa.
