i have been a nurse back in Saudi a couple of years back...and in my experience it is difficult to land a good nursing job here and of course a good pay...i have met a good number of nurses here with very good working experiences in their respective countries but still on search for jobs for the past years...by the way the Saudi license she has will not be honored here...they have their own licensing department to deal with that...there aren't a lot of hospitals here compared to KSA...I wish you good luck!
