Wife's RP Transfer

Its been about 9 months since my marriage & my wife's RP is still on her father's name which will expire in April 2012. I wanted to transfer wife's RP only once it expires but some people told me that I must transfer it before the birth of our first child (as she is expecting) otherwise there might be some complications. Please guide
First, your must have a salary of 7k up to be able for you to sponsor your wife. Be ready with the following: 1. Collect three (3) original IDs. Yours, your wife, and the father's. You will bring these ids when you apply. 2. Passport copies 3. Marriage certificate. 4. NOC Second, fill out Transfer form, and attach these documents to the form.Third, be patient.
what complication.....your are father ...and your name will be always there...but for safety...do these things in advance...as u are married...and she is no more livivng with parents....stich in time save nine...
