RP visa cancellation & family visa cancellation

Hello Dear,
Iam going to resign my present job and leaving qatar for good.My family is with me here under my sponsorship,kindly let me know before cancelling my visa, is it mandetory to cancel my family visa?
If anybody can guide me on this regards,it will be highly appreciated.

Yes, you have to cancel your family member’s visas under your sponsorship prior to cancel your RP. It is mandatory by immigration dept. Your employer also will ask for it.
