Bad experiance with Samsung Company.....
Well im just writting my Experiance with Samsung company since im not happy with the result that i reached.
I bought Samsung galaxy s phone awhile ago and the phone is not working in proper way ...it keeps restarting and gets freez when i checked with the work shop of Samsung they install the new software and they said its ok now,later the same issue not been solved yet so i went back and had my fight with them and they changed the phone with new device :) for awhile i was happy for that but later on again the phone starts to show the same issue it keeps restarting and gets freezed So i went back to the show room met the workshop manager and i explaned to them the hole story and i mentioned to them that i want my money back and will not think of dealing with Samsung company again they replaied that they cant do full refund but they can approve for upgrade for higher phone like SAMSUNG GALAXY S2so i thinked of this offer and i said fine .
Email been sent already to DUBAI for the approval and they informed me that the call center will call me to check about my issue to approve for the upgarde since Dubai station only the Place that can do the approval and its handiling Doha Station.
2 days passed already without a call from Dubai so i called Dubai and i reached the call center and explaned what happend and informed them that im expecting a call for my issue when they checked the records they saw that yes they issue been raised to management level and been approved to S2 WITH paing the deference between the 2 phones from my pocket:(
Im totally sad of this result since i cant refund my money back and if i will upgrade the phone again i have to pay.
Is is the way they deal with there value clients like they say?

From your reply dear i think you dont know about customer service policy. people who are on right And not getting what they are expecting from there payment they do this its the least thing that brand name like Samsung will do to to keep there name and there clinets happy since they are many chalengers at the market.For your info the deference just Qar 600 so do u think that i cant pay that amount or a company like samsung cant waive this payment since there device its not working for the second time?
Its not matter of money its matter of spending your money for product which is not functioning.
Go and check how the Companies which work outside and see how they are running behind the clients to keep them satisfied...so i beleive that waiving 600 riyaL ITS NOT THAT impossible and its common sence.

Folk, There is always operation issue specially with electronic / technical devices but I'm very much familier with SAMSUNG crew in Qatar. None of them are co-operative and just simply try to drag out your pocket. HENCE decided not to use SAMSUNG product until and unless living in Qatar. Cannot see these guys again YuYEEE
so sad.. no wonder.. it happends to me the same way back a year ago but it's about unlocking the phone.. on my opinion, management and service of samsung are very bad.. how many times i went there to follow up my phone but to no avail.. til i took back my phone and let some shops to do it, regardless of the money that i will pay.... they keep the customers waiting for so long... may phone stay with them for 3 weeks and they always answer me that its on the process etc etc.. nothing change.. bad service at all..
They replaced the device once. Are you expecting any of the Mobile phone Companies refunding the money to you? Are you expecting them to give you a much more expensive phone as free replacement? Use some common sense.
