Iam a sri lankan came under a free visa in 2009 and transferred my visa with a new employer.after completing my contract is it possible to get Release/noc.

possible but there's no guarantee that they will give you as it is up to them whether they will give you or not.. all you can do is to humbly request for it..if they don't give you NOC then you can't do anything to force them...
Dependant of the company and sponsors,Actually they must have to give release(NOC)
Regardless of visa, it depends on the sponsor or company to give a release or NOC or not.
