Release paper

Dear QatarLiving,

I am an overseas Filipino Worker who worked here in Qatar for 6 years now. The first company issued me a release paper, then second company do the same, third company do the same and this is my fourth company in which i am planning again to resign. I would like to seek advice, if i have the rights to ask for release paper for the last company where i worked for more than a year now. Is it possible to ask for a release? Please help me!

your very lucky,..cause only some people can have their release paper from their previous company...i am hoping that my husband can also have a release paper from his company,.so he can find a better job,..

you have the right to ask. rest depends on your company guys.

You can ask for it. (but bare in mind that you have no right to claim for it, as granting NOC/release is the sole discretion of your employer.
