Short term House maid / Nanny Problem

Kindly let me know how to get a full time house maid for short time on legal basis. My maid is gone on leave and I need a housemaid. some of my friend told me to put a advertisement in a news paper. I put an add, but I got lots of calls, unfortunatley every one has ran out from their sponsors house and living with their boy friends, who are helping them to do this and find the job for them. Secondly when I approached to the agencies for short term basis house maid they said Not possible. Kindly give the solution to come out of this problem.
thanks for the suggesstions.My problem is I have two children. we both are working some time we have 24hrs duties as well. we tried with the temporary 1 hr and 2 hrs part timers, leaving kids in nursary. major problem with us is of every 3rd or 4th day 24hrs duty and some time the duty will fall together, difficult to change. neither the nursary nor the partime helper is the solution for my problem.Another big problem is you get the house maid on you name and they make contact with otherguys and run away leaving you in problems - only people having maid can understand this problem. Eventually, there is no legal solution to this problem currently.
legally short term is not possible..best way out is part time as arafin suggested..good luck
I had the same problem a few months ago. It was a awful , i was a new mother and so i needed a housemaid urgent. I hired temporary people while waiting for my kadama visa to be approved. My experience was very bad. Lots of run aways with boyfriends. Some are thief or too much demanding, some will show up for one day, ask for advance money and promise to return and the next day, will text that they will not come. No sense of responsibility, if not very bad attitude. My advice to you? Just hire a temporary house help like for an hour or two. They have legal sponsor and does part time works. Just dont forget to ask for their paper and have copy of it. If you have a child, you can send them temporary to a child care. You can find lots of advertisement here in QL, just check them out first before you send your child for safety. Good luck.
