Is it allowed to get family visit visa for first cousins in Qatar. Please let me know if anyone has applied successfully and the requirements for visa processing.

No,Just try with a Business visit or Tourist....

U may apply for him/her a business visa or tourist visa.just submit the docs required: passport copy and diploma.thanks

it is only applicable for first relative like mom, da, bros, sis, wife, husband and children. for cousins and friends, u may apply for business visa and tourist visa.send me a message, i can help u out on that.
