what will be best solution ? please give me suggestion.

I am working here in Qatar with a company sponsor.I have my family and two kids with my sponsor.Due to company problem my RP is not renewed till date.my RP renew date is 21-march-2010.My friends said me that before 3 month of expired date i have to renew the my RP otherwise i have to send back my family and kids to my country other wise i can't send them back after 3month of RP finished date.time is comming very near and i don't know when company will give my RP renewing.I am now in trouble suituation so please guide me correctly.
check first with moi website if your RP has been renewed sometimes PRO are just irresponsible and lazy to inform employees that their RP has been renewed. if not renewed, follow up to your HR or Visa department. Otherwise, you will only have 3 months to stay prior to your RP validity date. Later than that, you will have to pay penalty of overstaying.
Talk to your administrator regarding your RP remind them that your visa already expire.
