Virgin mobile is gone?

I just got a text from Virgin mobile telling me that I will be switched to Qtel Hala. "Based on ictQATAR's decision, we are obliged to close down our service...We will automatically transfer your current number and balance to the Qtwl Hala service on June 26th."

What's going on?

the third Mobile service provider in the country without ICT approval.

Have to close it and it might be due to the legal action taken by VF against Virgin(QTEL) Mobile..
