Salary – yes it is ok for a bachelor.
Accommodation – No idea on the quality. Most probably not that great. Own house/Share House/Shared Room – that you need to find out from other’s working in your Company.
Transportation – you’ll only get transportation (bus or minivan) to work. Will they give you your own vehicle?? You’ll need a driving license first which will cost you QAR 2,500 besides it takes time to pass the test.
Important – Experience in the gulf is poor. Don’t come to the gulf to get experience – your Company may not have international standardized procedures and experience you get is all dependent on the supervisor you have. Secondly, you have a 3 year contract – if you get a another job for QAR 20,000 per month in Qatar you cannot leave and most probably the Company will not give you an NOC. You can leave Qatar and say get a job in other GCC states – then again the probability is low as smaller Companies abuse the labour law out here which is tilted towards the employer. They won’t allow you to leave the job that easily.
QAR 3,700 – Rs.45,000. It is a good start considering accommodation is taken care.
well as other have answered you the rates i will not give same answer again.
Regarding your salary, see if ur company is providing u accommodation and transportation then the salary will be good for a fresher without experience abroad.
but in case if u have experience then u can demand more.
if they are not providing acc and trans u will be able to survive here will not be able to save anything.
So check all the details before comin.
because here things are little expensive than people think.

I see that people are answering already: 1.00 QAR = 12.3894 INR
And just in case your sponsor actually meant Iraqi Dinars (who knows - it is possible that there was some clerical error):
3,700.00 IQD = 142.861 INR

@galloper48: they are paying for transportation, medical and accomodation..but food i have to arrange on my own
That would be around 45000INR. (Exchange rate ~ 12.5 INR X 1 QAR)
Now you tell me is that enough for you???
What are the allowances the company is giving you: house, transportation, food??
Otherwise and if you have to pay for all the above mentioned I think is not enough.
Regards!!
