From Qatar to Bahrain to Poland ?? the best solution

Hi. Maybe someone have experience with this situation. I need to have Qatar phone number which will stay in Qatar but all calls will divert
to my Poland number directly or to Bahrain to VoIP and than to Poland. I am looking for cheapest option because I will be receiving few phone calls a day.
Any Idea?? Maybe some one knows any other better solution?? Is that true that in Qatar is just two networks Vodafone and q-tel. ??
