Please,,,,Is there anybody help me to tell that, if someone previously live and worked in Dubai UAE and but due financial crisis during 2010, he lost his job and he could not be able to pay his few credit cards.And left country without informing banks.
Now its a year time passed, he wants to Come to Qatar on visit visa and find a job. Can anyone tell me that, Is there any problem if he comes to Qatar on VISIT visa now?

You may come to Qatar on visit visa, but you may have problem opening a bank account. eventually you have to repay your dues, as you cannot have your cake and eat it too.

All bank operations are centralized in GCC Countries. But you may earn and repay your dues.

no problem coming in qatar

but u may have issues going to dubai tht also they will ask u to pay, if u pay them no issue
