I deal with this company daily, they are our contractors. Mallu owned company, salary structure is not good, and staff there are not professional, they do lot of politics, so we stopped dealing with them, we are planning to blacklist this company.

If you are not a mallu, we suggest not to join this type of company. It will be very difficult to survive.
