you can find a lot of souvenirs at Souq Wakif, It's have many shop there not only animal and perfumes, you can find the shop near Haggen Daz or you go to City Center near Carefour it's have souvenirs shop there, simply as that enjoy your shopping
Supplies tend to be sporadic, so if you find a decent supply be sure to stock up (like everything else). To be honest since they are gifts I choose more for the packaging than the quality of date.
