it is advisable to get the report from the nearest police station to your home. I happened to report self-damage to out-of-area police station and was questioned for not reporting to the nearest station. They still gave me the report though after explaining that the accident location is nearest to this station than one near my home.
any traffic section is ok. just tell them you did the damage while parking and they will give you the report. QR 10 charges and only credit / debit card can be used.
