Piano Lessons in Doha

We are moving to Doha from the UK in August and we will need a piano teacher for our 11 year old son. As we are not yet sure where we are going to be living, we can't really actively look yet. However, could someone please advise me on what average rates are for piano lessons and are there plenty of qualified english speaking piano teachers around?
