TB spot available in x-ray but cured & fit

Dear All.

I want to bring my brother, he was having TB previously however he took the complete course and disease has gone and he cleared the sputum test which is negative. However when he went for x-ray we can see small spot, pls. advice whether we can bring him here on visit visa and do a medical test. Whether he will be passed or what is your suggestion.
