from where i can set appointment for NVC Immigration Visa online?

my aunt is living in Usa she applied for my family visa and after 12 years we got approval.and she has paid the fees from Usa. now we have to contnue our process from Doha. how can i get appointment from the Us embassy? i called there but they told me to first attest our birth certificates. have done with them too. does any one konw that how can i get appointment ? becoz they dont attend fone calls.
